Hey all, I'm currently near Edmonton but moving to Calgary in May. I will be living in NW about 15 minutes from SAIT. Wondering where's the best gym to go to between school and home, or if SAIT is pretty good? Living in the silverberry area. Thanks

I personally go to world health so I'd have to recommend them as well. My best friend works there too so that helps :P

I don't live in Calgary anymore, but when I was, I went to Good Life. I also did a one week trial at World Health; in the end, Good Life is cheaper but doesn't have the extras like swimming pool, squash courts, and a restaurant/bar. Equipment-wise, Good Life had newer ones since it's a newer chain that just expanded to Calgary.
