Gym was really nice, too...
OVer 60 cardio machines, decent amt of free weights, Hammerstrength as well....
A few uber hot straight guys on board in the gym, so there was some nice eye-candy at least....

I've done 2 Altantis cruises and one Costa str8 med cruise. The Atlantis were fun and the Costa was awful. 3,000 classless screaming Italians and their brats. As a gay couple (although travelling with my teenage sons and my parents) we never felt comfortable and the one time we danced together we were met with hostile stares.

We are thinking about doing a Celebrity cruise in March and although Atlantis is an option the Str8 cruises are 500 - 600 a person cheaper.

Has anyone had any experience with other cruise lines?

MiamiSpartan is the guy to talk to about this. He's had fun on "traditional" cruises as well. On bigger ships, there are the ubiquitous "Friends of Dorothy" gatherings. But for the price difference, I'd steer back to Atlantis.

There were over 50 other gays on board, and NCL really pushes the FOD parties.....
I've been on 23 cruises, only 4 of them gay....Where ever we are, there's a party!

Oh I spent most of the damn weekend on the Royal Caribbean web site, cruisecritic.com, and youtube looking at videos of past cruises. It doesn't help that I got a cold last weekend so now I'm sick and can't do much. The good news is that I'm down to 14% bodyfat as of this morning. And after looking at the crowd in the videos, maybe I don't look so bad.

I also talked to hubby and he doesn't want to pre-book any excursions because of unforseen variables like the weather or partying the night before. So here's what I'm thinking:

Nassau - get off the ship and go to the (touristy) straw market. Haggle with the locals a while and get back on the boat before the crowds hit because we sail at 1:00 pm.

St. Thomas - This is my big unknown. Perhaps just shopping or if the weather is good and we're not too tired we might book an excursion through Royal at the last minute.

St. Maarten - grab a cab to Orient beach, which is supposed to be the nicest on the island. Have them drop us off at Pedro's which is right next to the clothing optional beach. Then we can opt or not opt as the mood strikes. The other possibility is Cupecoy beach, which is supposed to be the gay beach, but is not developed so there are no bars or restaurants around. So if you hear some buzz about where people are going, please let us know.

I also bought a really cute pair of BRIGHT ORANGE Calvin Klein boxer briefs for underwear parties. Of course I'll have a selection of whites and blacks as well.

Just make sure it's just the bf% you're dropping and hopefully not muscle. And also... on a 1-10 scale... 1 being camper than a row of tents and 10 being so masculine that your very presence injects testosterone into others.. where would you rate yourself... 7 or higher is a winner for me
I'd rate myself a 6-7. Losing myself points for lack of interest in cars, DIY, and sport and that I'm a spirt'n'mixer/alcopop drinker, not a beer drinker at all.

Got to watch the Bears' big win on a 3 story screen overlooking the Caribbean with 110 or so other Bear die hards....pretty funny to watch it snowing on the big screen as we are overlooking the blue ocean....

Hung out with 10 guys from Minnesota, and met a couple that has been together for 47 years!
The shows were great: Blue Man Group, Lengends, Second City (saw them 3 times), and Cirque Dreams (HOT men!!!)

I'm potentially going to book the Jost Van Dyke excursion. It is a simply rarified and fabulous tiny little islet in the BVI's. Plus I love snorkling.

I could never do the nude beach thing. I don't have "self-control" to be socially accecptable. It would be a bad idea.

Hell, I'm partying every night so it's not like that has to be a huge consideration.

haha no, something happened at work one night and the next day i asked the girl involved that did she think i was gay, she was like no, but are you? so i answered honestly lol come to find out the girl was bi. Then it kinda got around the workplace to several other people, but it went great

You could be my trainer or DRILL Sargent anytime but with working two jobs i havent been able to train as much as i'd like but still progressing so thats good. the gym is going well for the most part i kinda feel like a lost puppy in there sometimes lol but im learning. Not to mention the eye candy is delicious lmao makes this lost puppy wanna hump a few legs :P haha

Generally, I lose both. I am not really worried though. I can get mass relatively easy. I am looking at minimizing the muscle mass loss but I would rather thinness over muscle right now. Give me a couple months and I will probably decide that I want it the other way. But by than I will probably be something ridiculous like ten stones. My body can be fairly flexible.

I don't know about man points and how that rates on a scale. If it is alcohol, I think my rock gut behavior of (151 and malibu rum; or vodka and white wine, or sambuca) as my drinks makes me a little rough. But no interestin cars or sports but I enjoy shooting and am a fairly good shot. Plus, I kinda like watching violence. we all have a guilty pleasure.) Plus, tattoos/branding make me butcher than I really am. But negative for my voice and softness of facial freatures. Now, that I am over 30, I got a moisturizer so I think I might be getting a little more feminine.
