    A Few Questions.

    Hi, im new to the site and i have a few questions for anyone who can help.

    Which supplements if any should a teen take? (I'm 19 in college)
    1. Fat Burners / Cutters
    2. Test Boosters
    3. Estrogen Blockers

    If any of these are ok to take please list which ones are and if you know of any specific
    supplement i can take that will help CUT FAT while maintaining or gaining muscle.

    dear god advertising sure works. you're 19, you don't need test boosters! Fat burners? seriously? get your diet in check and you wont need a fat burner. As for the estrogen blockers I dont know... you honestly think you need it?

    You don't need testerone, it's a waste of money for young people. Estrogen blockers are a waste too.

    Fat burners aren't useless, the caffeine in them helps me stay energized on a cut.
