i don't really do any concentration-type workouts. i tend to do heavy sets for all my workouts.
the only thing i changed recently for my arm workouts is that I combined triceps (from chest day) to biceps day. I also (on the recommendation of a co-worker) started following curls immediately with reverse curls and/or tricep extensions.
