Here's a little philosophy to help you stop binging.
September 16, 2003: what did you eat on that day? Odds are you don't remember and it was probably junk food.
So what was the point in eating all that stuff in the past? I mean it's not like you're tasting that food now.
It didn't benefit you in any way at all. All it did was make you feel good and temporarily satisfy a much larger problem.
All those times you binged you were pointless.
The moment you finish your junk food snack, it is almost as if you didn't eat it at all and that is what upset me. Think about it!
you just finished your last fry, and now you take a gulp of your soda. The taste of the fries in your mouth is gone! You just payed good money for 3 - 7 minutes of nothingness and tomorrow you won't even contemplate the fries you ate yesterday.
One thing you have to realize is that YOU DON'T BINGE TO SATISFY HUNGER. YOU BINGE TO SATISFY CRAVINGS. How do i know this? because there have been many times where i would binge to the point where I would vomit if i ate any more. The surprising thing was that I wanted to eat more but I just couldn't. We don't binge or eat junk food to achieve that "full stomach" feeling because if that were the case--if all we wanted to do was have that feeling of being full--then it would be as simple as drinking lots of water or filling your stomach with nothing but spinach for example.
NOW HERE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TECHNIQUE that I use when I know that I am going to reach for some chips.
Imagine yourself eating some chips and then shortly after drinking water. The taste of the chips in your mouth will be gone
due to the water right? And you will relatively feel EXACTLY the same whether you eat the chips or not right?
So then before I reach for the chips I just tell myself "I already ate the chips," and in a way that is totally true. I really have.
I know this sounds crazy but the only difference between eating the chips and not eating the chips IS THE MEMORY OF EATING THE CHIPS
A MINUTE AGO! MIND BLOWN....
Sorry if this was confusing but I've had these ideas running through my head and i had to get them out. thanks if you took the time to read this.

woah chill out brah. just wanted to post my amazing technique on how to get over binging.
basically, right before you know you're gonna binge, just tell yourself that you already ate that stuff.
IIFYM, then yea it's fine to eat things out of your diet, but this isn't about how to incorporate junk food into your diet.

Again the fact that you have foods "out of your diet" and are worried about "incorporating junk food" when it can easily be done without any negative effects on health, body composition or athletic performance even consumed daily in moderation... shows that you have an unhealthy relationship with food and should seek psychiatric help. Look up orthorexia nervosa.

Having a mental fantasy about eating foods you love so that you can try to avoid eating them, when eating them has no negatives to your health or goals is emotionally and mentally unhealthy.

ITT: OP thinks binging is due to being unable to resist the taste of good food.

Mostly chicken, steak, gy, other low fat dairy, pizza, ice cream, curry, white rice, pudding, cherry pie, broccoli, carrots, fruit, sammiches and chocolate. I'm cutting btw. I don't eat any low gi carbs other than fruit, mostly processed stuff... mmmm. I probably eat 2,000-2,500 calories a week from low fat ice cream even cutting.
Tuna is bad for you... why would you eat that? (100% srs)
