can it last a few hours in water and still work like normal, or does it have to be mix it, down it?

. but yes its good for some time. just think they sell many premade shakes at stores. and yes creatine is fine too

oh, cause i thought i read somewhere on here that it is only good for 30 mins or so.i wasnt sure if that was accurate or not.

Creatine breaks down into worthless Creatinine if left in liquid form. How long it takes to break down is something that im not to sure of. I've heard from 10mins to 24hours. I think that as a rule of thumb drink the shake as soon as possible after you mix it.
