So started my bulk in september. Here i am in december =) What im contemplating is if i should start a short cut after the holidays. I usually keep my diet clean but on this bulk i have been guilty of going dirty too often =p. And when i started out the first month i ate way to many calories but i was still finding my maintenance. Anyways I dont have many pics of me before only one of my abs and i figured ill take one of me playing on stage it best represents my size.

Anways thats where i am. I was wondering if i should cut soon cuz i did put some bellllyy on. Ive been seeing AMAZING strenght gains though i love it. Started at 155 bench, 175 squat, and 205 deadlift. Now im doing 205 bench, 255 squat, and 305 deadlift =)
anyways thats the bulk so far. I plan on taking it a bit further just want some opinions and comments on how its going and what i should do next/when i should do it.
I know the bulk is a lil dirty but it felt really good to be able to eat food again when i went out on friday nights. I did a huge cut prior to september =p this was me last year btw im really an endo.

It was dirty but like. Going out killed it. My friends are fattys and desert was tempting a lot of nights. But i know what i have to do to clean it up i know how to eat clean i just didn't. Guess my determination to stay lean wasn't high enough. But my question is now should i start cutting soon or keep riding this bulk out? I started cleaning up like almost 2 weeks ago but the damage has been done. haha im not gonna get rid of it unless i cut, should i do that or keep going clean?
But seriously i hate people with amazing genetics. I know people who eat 10x worse than i did throughout my bulk and they never gain and ounce of fat but pack on muscle like crazy. Yea im a hater lolLast edited by rokr99; 12-15-2009 at 02:37 PM.

I've gotta eat really clean or I'll gain fat easy aswell, I tried a bulk for a month with some crazy ass intake and didn't care much what I eat but you learn from what you do wrong that's the best thing. Just eat really clean and keep bulking, if you cut now you probably won't be happy with the results and start bulking again so just keep at it and cut it off later on bro. Good luck.

As a fellow endo I think you have done really well. I see a lot of progress and you don't seem to be very fat. Don't listen to the 150 lb people on this board that are so insecure about themselves they cry if their abz ever disappear. I got tripped up for a while after listening to them. Right now I'm bulking until I hit 500/400/300 on my lifts. Fat is so easy to lose, but muscle is much harder to gain. Plus the more muscle you have the higher the weight will be that you cut to in the end anyway. Unless you have amazing willpower and no taste buds its very hard to bulk on plain chicken breasts and oatmeal. Have you tried GOMAD? Anyway great progress so far, keep it up.
