    yesterday i had muesli for break, and spaghetti bolognaise, today this morning i had 2 scrambled eggs and 4 bacon, plus a bit of smoked salmon and brie in the afternoon, went for a walk, but from about 4pm till 6pm this even i was feeling shattered

    little bit more energetic now

    i've been trying the keto for about 1 month, about 3 weeks ago i got the sticks to change colour, since then they have been not-very coloured, i would say apart from a packet of crisps on friday night, have been < 30g carbing mon-fri
