Apparently I'm having some sort of shoulder fetish here lately. LOL When I used to train at a gym, my favorite machine was the shoulder raise machine to work the side delts. Well, I thought I needed one so I came up with this contraption. haha It attaches to any bench with pretty simple fabrication. If you have a bench like the one I have, it took no fabrication. I also built some dip handles that attach to the end of the bench as well. I know the weight pegs are square.....that's all I had on hand. lol

That's sweet. What's your cost on that? I'm surprised powertec hasn't come out with one yet for their benches. You should check to see if they have a patent on it yet and if not get one. Their going prices on their new line of attachments seem to be about $150. I'd pay that for one.

I agree with everyone above that thing is awesome! If a product like that was on the market I'd for sure be interested.
