i just got a flip hd camera for my birthday so i decided to make a video log to show some of my lifts and keep me on track. this is my second week on a westside style training program
todays ME upper day
i hit 385 easy but judging by the video i bounced it off my chest to much so i say it doesnt count, i tried 405 but i barely got it off my chest. i need to learn how to arch my back more and staying tight.
