That 700 definetely didn't look like it was your absolute max and I think you've got more than +11lbs in you.
Spike92 is 15.
^ place this in your sig to remind the world that Spike92 is indeed 15 and will never be anything other than 15.

it's different for every school. in my school you have to do a qualifying exam in your first 3 years of your PhD and that's where they quiz you for 3 hours. If you pass that you then have to do a prelim which they quiz you on your research. If you pass that you have to do a public and then private defense.
I only have the privated defense left

lol. easy things are things that aren't worth doing.
average people go through life looking for **** that is easy to do. That's why they end up in average jobs working 9-5 and hate their ****ing life.
You want to love your life? be ****ing exceptional and set high goals. That is what successful, motivated people do.
sorry for the rant. But this nation used to be about excellence and all I see everywhere these days is people looking for easy ways out and for the government to give them money or get an easy job or that kind of ****.
Here's an idea society... GET TO ****ING WORK!
not necessarily directed at you; just anyone who will listen

Congratulations on the lift - it's great to see you continuing to smash through the goals you set...
And happy birthdayFor I can do everything through Christ, who gives me STRENGTH (Philippians 4:13)

OK a few things.
1. You picked probably THE best song you could have for that video.
2. I think we have the same singlet (at least it looks the same, adidas?)
3. Massive weight. I'm used to seeing 25kg bumpers stacked far out onto bars in olylifting and the 700lbs here looked relatively "thin" even though it's way heavier than anything any olylifter would do in any competition. The bar bent a sh*tload! Nice pulling.
Probably a good call on the bench. Who knows you could have an injured pec now but you don't!
You're in Champaign now? If you ever have any reason to make it over to Peoria you are coming to my gym to lift some massive weights. People at my gym don't really get to see stuff like that!
Now I wan't to see a vid or pic of you lifting up a car. Something nice like a BMW... or an F-250Training Journal - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=120458841
Best gym lifts:-
Power Snatch............215
Snatch.....................235
Front Squat..............285
Behind neck jerk.......315
Olympic Back Squat...325

good lifts. Interesting that you pull with both hands in overhand position. Any reason for not using alternating grip? Also, was wondering how many lifters in the meet and in your class/division? I guess you placed first right? Finally, your bench should come back it just takes some time. I ruptured a biceps tendon on a pull in a meet and was back for more less than a year later. I haven't had ANY problems (besides some cheloid scarring) with it in 8 years so you'll be fine.
Keep lifting!
