    Wing Stop Hot Wings

So I just ate 10 wings from the local Wing Stop. I have always done this, I love wings. I decided to look up the stats of the wings and get some conflicting information.

One place says that 1 serving (2 wing) of traditional hot is like 7 grams of cards. If thats the case I just ate 35 grams of carbs!

However I read other places that the traditional hot, Cajun, Lemon Pepper all have 0 carbs in their sauces.

Does anyone have trouble eating hot wings or ones specifically from Wing Stop?

If its fried in any kind of batter, you know it will have carbs because we know they are not using flax or almond flour to fry those chicken wings.

I make better wings at home anyway with a batter of butter, fresh Parmesan cheese and cilantro and garlic with seasoning. Bake the chicken wings than toss it in the mixed batter. The hot wings will melt the cheese. FORGET ABOUT IT.....those chicken places can't compete with me when it comes to different types of wings.

    No batter frying needed.

Some of these places are really sneaky when it comes to carbs. A lot of pizza places that do wings throw in some breading before frying. Places that only do wings tend to keep the sauces more traditional...at least from my experience.

Wingstop does not bread their wings. Naked raw chicken wings are dropped into a basket and then fried. The sauces could contain carbs like sugar in the barbeque. But in the regular hot and cajun etc. they are carb free. Very caloric though!
