maybe a fat burner to lose that extra fat, but other than that, just stick to the creatine and bcaa/eaa's.

Bike warm up, leg extensions 3x20-12; last set 205
Squats, 4x6-8; last set 315.
Lg press 3x15/10; last set 10plates each side.
hacks 3x8-10; last 4 plates each.
Lunges - till failure.
seated curls 3x12/10; last 125.
SLDL's 3x10
calfs:
Calf presses 4x30.

i just ate those huge movie box of mike n ike italian ice flavor candies and lemonhead, sour candy strip and a rack of baby back ribs, all that sugar is making my head spin, im gonna go nap at work bbl

I did it a few months ago for a month and I went from 195 to 175, definately fat loss. First few days are hairy as your body transitions the use of fat for energy as apposed to carbs. Kindda a nice diet for me since I like to eat, I modified mine by not eating too much saturated fats and red meats.

I still save legs for the last day (Friday). Like you said-it's brutal--usually I have doms for 1 day or even 2. Only drawback is pants feeling tight and have to get larger size.

sucks u guys have to cut out carbs to lose ur gut, that means ur a 2nd gen asian or just white washed asians, true asian born can eat carbs all day three times more then american people and still be fit n in good shape

I'm 2nd gen and I eat carbs when bulking or cutting or whenever. And I eat hotdogs/hamburgers and 'bad' food everyday too. Imho, it's the overall calorie count that matters.
