Ok I know its not possible to GAIN a "solid" 20lbs in 1 month, but what I CAN say is that I have been in Iraq (3rd trip) for 1 month now and been eating til I get sick. Been training ever other day and doing a lil running and swimming. Well I got here at 183lbs on a ****ty scale and now weigh 203 (on same ****ty scale). On 2 diff scales today I was 192lbs so I guess thats prolly true. Point is I've stayed with the ****ty scale and it shows that 1st day I was 183 and today 203. So realistically I was prolly like 174 or so when I got here. Either way I think 20lbs is great. I have gained ALOT of density and strength as well, on a 1 on 1 off schedule.
I'll post pics in a lil bit. Gotta take them off my cam. Just wanted to see what some people might say prior to me posting
BTW I also used a program called GOMAD for this month. Its a gallon of milk a day. Well for me milk here comes in Liters, and I have been drinking 1 liter of milk EVERYDAY for a month. (1 liter, just like officer Farva likes it)

Wow, thanks fellas. Everyone was kinda hatin at first but thats understandable as I had no pics. And yes the (weight scale) is messed up here. lol.
Legs, I can post those in a day or so if wanted. They are not great though to me. I do the standard leg stuff. Its been a while so just gettin em up to snuff right now before I bulk on them.
I am natty. Although you can get "stuff" from the locals here, but we've had piss test here and guys have gone home who pi$$ed hot. I am not taking the risk. Im doin fine with regular supps

Yeah doesn't seem like that much when you put it into perspective. Thanks for the compliments. One sec. Im going to post my routine. It was made by my buddy whos a power lifter. I told him I wanted something that had Strength and BodyBuilding aspects, and this is what he/we came up with.

my routine
I stick to this on the 1 on 1 off program. You can see the days on/off are at the bottom.
the (? 10x3 DB) means I do my choice of db exercise if I have the energy. Which I always do.
The main exercise for the day are underlined.
I stick to this pretty much but I do "tweak" a lil depending...

As I see you are in the Army, you are probably lying about the time youve spent working out. It is humanly impossible to make such an improvement within a month, impossible without any roids.
