apple cider vinegar

all i have to say is YUCK. i was reading stalones site and it said he took 2 tablespoons of it so i thought id try it along with my multi and vitamin c and the stuff tastes and smells worse than anything i have ever tasted/smelt i like took a shot of it and chased it with water and it burned the whole way down i thought i was pouring battery acid down my throat. is apple cide vinegar worth that?

no taking it cuz stallones site said he took it cuz it have a lot of essintial minerals (no im not doing it thinking i will look like stallone i am just trying it because i had it and why not?)

It's great for blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Improving those two can be pretty beneficial.Here's my analogy:


Turn on your garden hose and watch the flow of water.Now pinch the hose to decrease the flow. This flow of water is representative of your blood flow to your muscles. Pinching the hose would be representative of high cholesterol. Less efficient blood flow to the muscles = .....you decide.......

If you can actually stomach it, I'd say do it. I used to, but now I can't stand it. Try mixing it in with cranberry juice. That was much easier for me to stomach. I drank too much one day, and now it makes me ill. Do it moderately. I hope this helps.

seriously it taste great with honey... say, a tablespoon of acv and a tablespoon or more of honey.... I just got so addicted to this drink! infact it increases my appetite or i should say, it's a starter for my meal....

I dilute it in water, than take all my vitamins with it, I actually dont mind the taste, as long as I watch how much I pour in

do you feel that you get better absorbtion of the vitamins when you take it with acv?

jacked, I have heard that it helps break down the vitamins better when they are take with the ACV, it only makes sense to me as vinegar is what they tell you to put vitamins in to see if they will be properly broken down in your stomach. I have heard that it also helps the elasticity of your skin, which can be another added benefit.

i guess worth a try, I will judge it by my piss, if its still yellow after the Multi then probably did not help the absorbtion.
