eh..i've always had such a terrible bench...the thought of being able to outbench my girlfriend still seems out of reach.

Dear Log,
It's day 9 on ANABOLIC HALO and DARK RAGE, and it's starting to kick in. My traps & shoulders are bigger...I can barely push my neck back into my traps. My vascularity is WAY up; I've got the vascularity of some at around 14% BF. 2 weeks ago my arms were at 16 1/4", now they're a little over 16 1/2".

A couple months ago, my PR was 385. My first rep with 405 went SUPER fast -- I flew through it like nothing. I decided to go for a 2nd rep and BOOM, got it. Could've probably gone for a 3rd rep but I didn't want to chance failure.
As for the 425 attempt...I brought it halfway down and knew I wasn't gonna make it, haha. Got too tired. Oh well, next time!

Good news: My shoulders have seemingly doubled in size over the span of 2 days, lol. That's all I'm noticing in change for now...the magic should start working in a couple days.
Bad news: Today is RE Bench and I may need to redeem myself from the 225 x 4 I hit a couple weeks ago. Should I use 225 for reps today, or should I save it for next week when I'll be lifting at 230%?

Yeah, the same guy who could only do 225 for 4 a couple weeks ago can now magically do 225 x 10 (after doing a few working sets!). I attribute my godlike progress to ANABOLIC HALO and DARK RAGE. When utilized together, ANABOLIC HALO and DARK RAGE is 1000% more effective than Cell-Tech. I mean -- how else could I have gone from 225 x 4 to 225 x 10 in just 2 weeks. OBVIOUSLY ANABOLIC HALO and DARK RAGE MADE THE DIFFERENCE.

Yeah...doing triples with a 4 board isn't very smart, but I thought I would've been able to get 5 reps with 275. I am going to have to really push it on my board work now.

You'd recomp really nicely along with possibly gaining ~5+ lbs. of lean mass. The sides are a nusance to deal with though.

In other news, I've had a weekend training partner for the past 3 months that I've been helping out in getting stronger. He's gone from a 245 lb. deadlift to 405 lbs. in exactly 3 months....how did he make such a quick jump in strength gains? Obviously, ANABOLIC HALO and DARK RAGE provided me with the intellect & coaching ability to lead him to a level of strength he thought would take years to achieve. This was horrible...I could tell I was not going to have a good session right when I did 225 for a slow triple. 275 came up and stalled right around lockout, and I had to push towards the rack like a n00b to finish the lift. Okay, I haven't been open about this...but I've been sick as a dog since Tuesday, and I haven't been getting much better. I don't it's viral either...people often experience "flu-like symptoms" when they're on this stuff, and it's really hitting me. I feel miserable right now...I'm always tired, my appetite is down, I'm very irritable, I always feel sick, etc. I don't know how much more I can take.
Oh yeah....and I have headaches from elevated blood pressure, I have signs of gyno starting to appear, I have more back acne, and god knows what's happening to my liver right now. Thank goodness I only have a week to go on this cycle. Once I'm done, I'm throwing the ****ing bottle out and not doing this ever again. Despite the slight size gains, this bull**** is SO not worth it. Side effects in a bottle.

Weight is 230ish. I am way bigger than before and I've even re-comped a bit. I now have an obvious separation between my traps and delts. Strength is way up. Sex drive is actually back and way more up than ever (you gotta use it or lose it). Blood pressure is under control. Only thing to watch out for is the constant lethargic feeling...but that's just an excuse to nap more. 1 week left on this M-Drol cycle...everyone says that the biggest gains happen towards the end, so let's see what happens from here on.
