"Pine Bark Extract" vs "Pycnogenol? (Pine Bark Extract)"

I came across these two supplements with a big difference in prize. Any thoughts on the actual difference between these two stuffs?

Pycnogenol is the primary active proanthocyanidin/flavonoid constiuent of Pine bark. The difference in cost is due to the fact that Pine bark contains many other constituents, with smaller amounts of pycnogenol.
