    Push Press

    how much should you dip your knees when doing this exercise? I have seen it done with only a slight bend of the knees to almost a full squat.

    well should i use a big weight and do a full squat or should i use a lighter weight and only bend the knees slightly?

    The Push Press really loses it's worth if you use light weight IMO.

    I use Med to heavy weight, I use no more than a quarter squat to blast the weight up.

    what i do is a military press/push press. i will do 4-5 reps of standing military press and then when i cant get the bar up i will do a few reps of push presses to help me pull those few extra reps. works for me
