So how do you BBs get your tan? I try to take extra long runs outside or play soccer when sunny. Anyone have a good method besides going to the tanning beds?

they can leave you orange if you use products not for your skintone or is just a plain crappy product. My tan looks great i only have to re-apply 2 times a week. Dont wanna damage my skin in the sun or on the beds.

Well, it's recommended by doctors you get at least a good 10 minutes of sunshine a day for your health so there's nothing unhealthy about it. Just stick to times outside the middle of the day during the times of year the sun is particularly strong. I would avoid tanning beds though as they are potentially very harmful, much much higher concentrations of the uv lights that cause cancer.

Pretty sure that's for the vitamin D, which you probably get in your diet anyways.

i dunno about the histeria surrounding tanning beds. ive never actually heard of ppl getting skin cancer from them just ppl saying you will.
i mean im sure youd have to seriously over do it for it to have any potential to do any harm. 6-7 minutes twice a week couldnt be too bad...if something like that was enough to put you in danger tanning salons would be illegal.imoFor the great Gaels of Ireland

Yeah, some people have to stop being pussy's. The tanning industry is growing like crazy, I'm sure people are going to make sure it's a safe procedure. Aside from cigarettes, I don't know of anything, that's been proven to be dangerous and has remained on the market. You guys don't need to worry about skin cancer, if it were a serious risk, indoor taning would be prohibited.

I think I'll pass. There's lots of things on the market that aren't too good for you besides just cigarettes.
