When people say eat eggs, does it matter in what way they are cooked?
fried, raw, etc??

Cheat Meal
Had my first cheat meal today after 19 days. I chose to wait that long because I drank one night after 7 days. I was down 10 lbs at the start of the day from 174-164. I did an upper body depletion workout then had a plate full of white rice with chicken and a poweraid. Then 2 hours later had 1/2 a large dominos pizza.
I am anxious to see how much I weigh tomorrow. I am also interested to see what happens to my strength because I was running on fumes today

my only concern about going on a diet like this is i'm 6'2" and 250 lbs, I'm worried if I do this I will lose fat too fast and have a lot of excess skin. Is that a cause for concern?

I just did 1.5 hours on the bike outside, first ride in weeks. I used to do 2 hours daily...
This is my first cardio workout while ketosic. First 30 minutes I felt amazing...at 50 minute mark it was PURE HELL. I never felt so ****ty on the bike in my life.
Ketones do not produce energy quite like glycogen does..eghhhh?

you need to up the fats when doing vicourouse bike sessions like that as obviosly you will burn more fats as energy or maybe have some liquid carbs like gatorade just before hitting the bike, you will burn them carbs off as there fast acting carbs and remain in ketosis................id opt for adding the fast carbs as its easy, try to work out how many cals you burn doing the biking and add that amount of cals from fat into your diet for that day only, like i said tho adding fast acting carbs is the easy method and you will burn them off before they store as glygogen and remain in ketosis...

I'm going to start up with diet tomorrow, I have a couple of questions, I'd appreciate if anyone helps me out with them:
A) Can the cheatmeal contain anything?
B) I'm pretty sure almost every brand of PB has atleast 1-2g of sugar, is this okay?
C) With the combination of - Lift for 1 hour, cardio for 25 minutes on a regular 5 day split, 2 days rest, will I drop body fat at a efficient rate? (Goal = 18%-10%)

Had first cheat meal last night.. Meat lovers pizza ( ate all but 2 slices) and a double quater pounder with cheese and fries... Feel like crap this morning, woke up with the worst case of dry mouth..

Dry mouth ****ing sucks and sometimes im so tired i dont wanna get up to get a drink im jus like fuk it...
Anyways I started this diet on Monday at 210.. Weighed myself today 204.4, im aware most if not all is water. I have been drinking diet tea and diet green tea all week. It has also been my off week from the gym so i havent worked out at all. Will post my weight again in one week.NJ 732

I had my first cheat yesterday I went to sushi ate a regular meal about 15 pieces then had 3 cookies. I really couldn't eat anymore than that its really strange lol. My sisters doing the diet with me (girl version) and she ate more than me. I think my stomach shrank lol

am i going to plateau on this diet?
been on it since january 1st pretty much, took a week off it when i went on vacation, otherwise i am finally starting to get results i like (better ab definition, better vascularity in my arms, etc.) but i am scared i will plateau since i am already doing 1 hour cardio a day and have been since about 6 weeks into the diet
should i just continue until fat loss slows, then introduce a second cardio session per day, and after that introduce fat burners, and after that introduce P/V days?

yeaaahhh...just had a good refeed
large 8 inch sub at Italian Store in Arlington VA...killer. Followed up by a slice of pizza, a brownie, two bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, annnndddd some girl scout cookies.
I am feeling blaaah...I have a headache and am getting a little blood rushes, but otherwise I am ready for another week on the grind...
