Okay, my workout is listed below:
My problem is I keep getting ill!! And feeling really tired for weeks after I get ill and lose muscle really quickly when I'm ill!
I have:
A good breakfast(toast cereal egg)
5g of glutamine+BCAAs a day
1.5 liters of water
An apple
A banana
Two oranges
Peppermint tea
And adaquate protien from food
(3 meals a day)
I wash my hands often
get 8 hours sleep a day
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?! Its killing me!! I get ill every month! Like really badly to the point where I'm passing out! Please help!
Monday:
30 pushups warmup
Lift two 12kg dumbells:
Chest:
-bench press 2 Sets of 12 reps
-Lying Down Fly 2 Sets of 12 reps
Bicep:
-Bicep Curls 2 sets of 12 reps
-Hammer Curls 2 sets of 12 reps
Forearm:
Forearm curls- 2 sets of 12 reps
Tuesday:
Heavy cardio + basketball training
Wednesday:
Abs
Thursday:
30 pushups warmup
Lift two 12kg dumbells:
Back/shoulders:
Bentover rows 2 sets of 12 reps
Overhead press
Triceps:
Tricep dips 2 sets of 12 reps
Tricep extension 2 sets of 12 reps
Traps:
Shrugs 2 sets of 12 reps
Friday:
Rest
Saturday:
30 pushups warmup

First off, see your doctor if you are feeling that bad all of the time. May be an underlying issue.
However not knowing what those 3 meals a day you say you are eating doesnt tell me overall calories. Based on how you say you're feeling and what you have posted, I would say you are not eating enough for your level of activity. Also what is up with that workout routine??

Your routine is unbalanced. No leg work?? Try another routine focusing on core. 5x5, All Pro and Fierce 5 have helped a lot of young beginners. And it hits the whole body. The exercise forums can assist.
And I can't tell if you need to eat more as you didn't post what those 3 meals a day are. It just sounds like you are but still speculative.
