this is my current arm workout...does it sound good or should i change it up?
5x10 dumbell curls
3x10 hammer curls
5x10 weighted dips (the 5th set i go until failure)
5x10 tricep pulldowns
3x10 preacher curls (the 3rd set i go until failure)
