    The Best Keto "fudge" I have eaten!

    Peanut Butter "Fudge"

    1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
    1 stick of butter (8 tbls)
    2 ounces of Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup of splenda (can add more if you like it sweeter original recipe calls for 1 cup but count the extra carbs)
    2 scoop of vanilla whey protein (i used dymatize elite vanilla whey. If you use All the Whey or Sciavation I am sure it will taste even better)


    Melt the PB and Butter in the nuker for about a minute, then whisk in the cream cheese until no white spots in the mix. Once smooth add the Whey and splenda, it should thicken up, spread in a 5x7 pan and chill (i put mine in the freezer for an hour or so). Once chilled cut into 20 pieces (leave in fridge they melt EASILY).

    Nutrition per piece:
    Cal: 98.3
    Fat: 8.87
    Carb: 1.65
    Protein: 1.38g

    OMG...*do not* make this if you're cutting! I'm cutting and this stuff is irre-goddamn-sistable. It's so hard to stop at one piece!

    Also I used a lot less Splenda because my protein powder was really sweet. So definitely add it in gradually.

    how would this try with ON double chocolate protein powder i wonder?

    this taste great with chocolate protein
    btw i usede about 15 packets of splenda.

    I have gotten to the point where I add alot less splenda as well. I love it.

    Thanks for bumping! I made this tonight and it's absolutely incredible. Only thing I changed was chocolate whey and I put it into a 8x8 pan (didn't have any smaller) and it was a little tough to get out. If I had more time and let it harden a little more, it would have been fine, but I'm going to bed shortly and thought I should get it out. Thanks again for the awesome recipe!

    Here we go picture time!!
    (captions on top of the pictures)

    First put in the butter and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl and nuke for around a minute.


    Next add cream cheese and nuke for about 15 seconds.


    Mix until smooth.


    Add protein and sweetener. (i used vanilla use whatever you want. I also only used a bit of stevia instead of splenda. Splenda is the best for the sweetest, but count those carbs in splenda)


    Mix until all combined


    Then put into a pan. Makes 20 pieces



    Enjoy

    This is the macros i get per piece with stevia.

    CAL:94

    FAT:8.0

    CARB:1.4

    PROT:4.0

    I think like .2 from fiber.

    this looks amazing...I will be trying this very soon and experimenting, might throw in sum flaxseed and subtract some protein...only problem for me is 1 batch would be my days worth of cals

    i just made it ... i taste the butter too much ... my suggestion is to use less so it'll have more of a peanut butter & whatever protein powder flavor ... instead of a buttery flavor

    but good none the less ... thanks!

    Hmm thats odd I never had it taste overwhelmingly like butter. Maybe cut down the butter would help. Did you add any sweetener at all?

    just made waiting for them to freeze, i used chocolate protein powder. so far the stuff tastes amazing(had to lick the spoon!)! In the freezer now!

    Had a hard time spreading into the pan though.

    I also had a hard time as well. Put one scoop of whey in (chocolate) and it looked a little watery a second scoop made it very clumpy though. I didn't have a small enough pan so i put it into cupcake molds and in the freezer to harden. I'll see how they come out. Tasted good from licking the batter though.
