How many grams of carbs do you have per meal

I'm trying to gain some more mass or at least maintain, here is what my carbs are like with my meals: My protein and fat per meal is just right, just curious about carbs ONLY , I weigh 190lbs and would like to get to 200lbs, I cut down about 80 grams of carbs on non-training days

    Meal 1- 60-70 grams
Meal 2- 5 grams in shake
    Meal 3 - 60 grams
    Meal 4- 20 grams
Meal 5- (pre-workout) 60-70 grams, I know its 0.25 gram per target body weight so mine should be 50 grams, just curious if I should lower the amount?
    Meal 6- (postworkout) 70 grams
    Meal 7 - 10- 20 grams

Just curious should I split up the amount differntly in each meal? I was thinking about lowering my preworkout carbs and 20 grams of carbs in oatmeal with meal 2

Any suggestions would be great thanks

i always arrived between 60 and 70 but never go up, because i think the glycemic load is the secret in this sport and it is most important than the glycemic index...

depends from your diet..sure, if you are in low carb, your carb intake is not bad, but in bulking MAYBE is different no?

Everyone is different, so this is impossible to answer without knowing your body.....but.....some basic guidelines......at 190 lbs, you should be around 190-220g of protein, 60-70g of fat, and then fill the rest of your diet with carbs, shooting to be 300-500 calories over maintenance. So, if your maintenance is 3000 calories (which is typical at 190 lbs), then 375g of carbs would bring you to maintenance......add an extra 75g of carbs to bring you into a clean bulk. Then, take your total number and divide by your number of meals....spread them evenly with more of an emphasis on your pre-workout meal. Again, these are just example numbers.....you have to play with them to find out where your metabolism is and what constitutes maintenance for you.
