I wanna see some pics of some guys 6"4 around 230 to 240ish. Just wanna see some bigger structed guys and what they look like around that weight.
Just looking for some much needed motivation.
After going threw a stressfull time in my life (family death, house burning..and all that jazz) I finally have goten a new single wide home (temporary) that I am living in until I build a house when I finish college. I have also been able to get back in the gym like I want to. I started this year around 325 pounds looks like I will finish around 275ish maybe..this is by far not transformation.
This is me at 285ish....hoping to drop to 240 by july hopefully.

im not quite 6'4 (6'3) and im 246lbs 11%
currents stats:
6'2 300 lbs 15% bf
max bench - 545 lb
max squat - 685 lb
max deadlift - 720 lb

I was 265 at like 30% + about a year ago.
I am 215-220 at like 15-16% now.270 to 210
now 240, going down to 200!

Keep it up man , looks like your making progress and all that **** that brought you down this year, use it to push you foward. I think you could hit that 240 goal way before july if you got a bit more strict and pushed yourself harder.
Hope this is motivation for you, keep it up.
