What else should I take pre/post-workout?

I already have Whey Protein. Most people say I should also take dextrox (sp?) and creatine with some multi/vitamin too. That means I'll have to buy all these supplements too or some people use really food with some Whey Protein to get the same effect?

there are some companies that make pre and post workout shakes. you can make your own with whey protein and dextrose. dextrose is a simple sugar available at wine making shops, and at the grocery store in the form of gatorade powder.

if you want unflavored, however, you may have to order it online. it is very cheap and can be had pure at most places.

No. For one, milk digests too slowly, and chocolate milk is high in corn syrup sugars, which is not what you want.

If you want a premade shake, check out Xtreme Formulation's Rentless or Biotest's Surge

    Ok, thanks.
I'll look for that gatorade powder at my local grocery store (hope I can find it).

We should have the highest level of workout supplementation available very shortly. Lebels are being worked on as we speak. Not to mention that it should also be less expensive than any other inferior product already on the market.
    Use your f u c k ing brain.

PERENTAL ADVISORY: Zeppelin is an as sh ole! And there are plenty of references if you need them.

I down a handfull of **** after I get done at the gym. Shake with Creatine, multi, 1000mg Vit C and E, and 4 liver tabs. This is the time when you body is starving for nutrition and is in dire need of being replinished. I would add at least 500mg of Vit E and C to your post workout lineup.
