protein powder? Is it ok to mix the 2. Or is it better to take them at different times?

you can mix them all together,its a good idea to use some carbohydrate source with your shake for maximum absorption

I drink a cocktail of creatine, dextrose, and aminos right after my workout. I then have a protein shake about 30 minutes later on my commute home. This was recommended to me by a company rep (Muscletech) for an ideal anabolic environment, and it has worked fine for me. I couldn't imagine mixing blue raspberry with chocolate protein, ugh.
