I carry one to work daily at my office (cubicle) job. Also, on the weekends I carry one to the gym so I can eat a meal right after the workout. Also, if I go shopping I'll keep one in the car so I can eat there without letting my hunger get to me and make a bad move at Burger King or Jack in the Box.

I try to plan things out every morning. If Im going to be out for a few hours, I make sure to either pack some food, a protein shake, or know a place I can pick up something inexpensive IE 500ml of milk and some peanut butter crackers. Winds up to be less than 2 dollars, lots of calories, fats, and protein.

What kind of "lunchbox" are each of you referring to? Insulated? Compartments? Etc?
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

in the summers I have a big ol' lunchpail packed with food (labour job, need lots), but during school I usually either grab something from the cafe, or sip on a protein shake and have a protein bar... only rarely do I make a sandwich or something

I take one to work every day as well (Office Job). The guys love making stupid comments about it.
They call it my "Herman Munster" lunch box. Which is actually kind of funny.

I always have a cooler at work...except for tomorrow, since we have our office Christmas party all afternoon. There will be plenty of food there.

Uh...the extent of my "lunchbox/bag" pretty much consists of a plastic Walmart bag (or any plastic bags I have from random grocery stores), filled with 3-4 tupperware containers of my food for the day.
I try to keep things as simple as possible haha.RIP Slash_ aka Tim- 06/28/1989 - 02/08/2013 <3

since the start of my transformation, i've carried around sandwiches, cottage cheese, fruit, meat, etc. feels good, man. xD i carry around perishables if the place has a fridge. if not, i buy cottage cheese, etc @ a near by store. & i always carry a few pieces of fruit in my purse at.all.times. fruit frenzy female in da hau5!

Bobys
Me and some of the local boys down at the Gym thought Cooler Bags might be a good ideas for some of the punters. How many people come down to the gym and them have something to eat, only to be disapointed with food at the wrong temperature. Food for thought. This store really helped us out:
