What supplements do I need to gain mass?

I'm eating right and working out correctly, just looking to add supplements. Currently only taking Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein but that's it. Any suggestions?

Lots of Food + Hardwork + Rest

Whey after workout, Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Maybe Creantine if you want.

Optional: Also a cheap effective preworkout that helps motivate you to get into the gym and also helps you finish your workout like anadraulic pump. I can't wait until I get my order.

If your looking to gain mass you need to stop with the whey protien and get a gainer protien man, you need to up your cal's and carbs and lift well if your looking to gain mass, look into it man. size dosent only come from hard work, you need to be getting meat on your bones so to speak.

A good protein (EFX NF-Pro), bcaa's, aminos (EFX Lean Beef Aminos), a good multi, and of course some EFX Kre-Alkalyn. Just some suggestions very solid products and very affordable.

Also a solid diet high in good proteins, fats and complex carbs. (simple carbs for post-workout, but other wise complex carbs) And even look over your training program as well, that is where a lot of people miss out as well.

You will want a good multivitamin for sure and a good recovery and protein product.
I suggest Kre-generator. Kre-generator includes high quality proteins from milk, and whey, excellent carb sources, essential fatty acids, ATP and Kre-alkalyn.

im not gonna be another guy who ignores the question and is like "EAT EAT EAT GET YOUR DIET IN CHECK" because i trust u if u say u eat good. whey is good workout but what you want is CASEIN right before bed youll pack on pounds real quik. and if ur manly, throw in some peanut butta and egg whites. also, make sure you get a protein intake IMMEDIATELY upon waking up. this is often overlooked but if you dont right away your just burning your hard earned gains away. hope this helps!

we suggest food because it is a necessity to gain weight/mass. shakes are not a necessity. check your diet if its in check you can gain weight/mass. if you want to add some shakes in then thats fine but dont expect all gains to come from the shakes.

TRy adding on a weight gainer. If you start gaining weight after adding that on, you will know for a fact its your diet thats the problem. Cytogainer is pretty good stuff, taste pretty good too.

No need, but a good PWO shake with good carbs, maybe a good weight gainer can help.

ditch the weight gainer just make your own
bulk whey protein add your own fruits, oats, milk you can control the macronutrients in your shake..

but like everyone else said just get your diet intact..the money you may spend on supps just buy food..
