    Question will working out 3 times a week be ok for bulking? i work each body part 1nce perweek

    ok so heres my workout plan.. should i add an extra day and do back as a seperet day? thanks!


    Monday: biceps and back

    Tuesday: off

    Wednesday: Chest, tri's and shoulders


    Thursday: off

    Friday: legs
