ive done ripptoes starting strength for a while. Now just started bill starrs 5x5 intermediate. i know what im doing in the gym just wondering if my routine is right for me.
currently
bench 200-210
deadlift 275? hindered by grip =(squat 300 or 225x10
im not superhuman but i know what im doing on my lifts. i am doing pling soon for highschool. so should i just continue on with starr's 5x5 or what?
not asking for best routine, i know there isnt one, asking from your experiences, what you think would benefit me most, 18 166lbs
just ordered fat gripz on monday? should be here in like a week?
