    FST-7 is awesome, except for back day

    As the title says, I've been doing FST-7 for 4 weeks now, really like the program except for back day.
    Forcing a pump that intense into my back feels like Im half crippled for an hour or so, anyone else get this?
    Note to self: don't yell out "beast mode" while switching to doggy style

    Yep, and to be honest, I love that feeling.
    I just relax on my couch feeling helpless for an hour or two lol

    Ive been doing it for awhile now, but have never done a 7 on back day. Ive only been doing 7's for quads, bis and chest.

    What kind(exercises) of 7s are you guys doing for back?

    Pullovers or Rows
    (machines are best)

    No, it was created by a trainer named Hany Rambod.
    He trains many top-level pro bodybuilders. Including Jay Cutler for this years Mr.O.

    Cutler only followed it for a couple of months of weeks then stopped. The majority of his Mr. O training was his usual training he always followed, high volume.

    heh.. tonight was my first session trying this. it was arm day and i thought my bi's/tri's were going to explode. felt great.

    im looking forward to back/chest this weekend. im not sure how much im looking forward to leg day.. i have no doubt i'll look like a 80 year old man walking out of the gym.
