    angled leg presses are an ego lift to begin with, add in very short ROM and you have 13 year old kids maxing them out.


    touch your knees to your chest, take a ****load of plates off and do the exercise right.

    looks at stats...300 lb deadlift....and 370 lb squat...either your not doing full squats or your squat is just hugely massive compared to your other lifts

    Like I said I have never squated and I only have done SL Deadlifts, I just put what I thought I would be able to lift, hehe, guess I should get squatting then guys.Most of my other stats are good but dont take in account my Deadlift and Squat stats.

    are u just starting out man cuz that would explain the noobness...o and just curious to as why your stats say you squat 370 but you have never squated? are your bench and deads stats made up to?

    anyway start squating with correct form...and on leg press lower the weight alot i bet with 4 plates on each side you will have trouble reppin 10 with corect form

    form comes before weight, you will get stronger faster this way

    what did you possibly base that on? an angled leg press with back support and a 3" ROM? you will find that they are completely different in every way imaginable.

    k well drop the e-stats man, lift with proper form, start out light until you get the form down then start going up a bit, work hard, eat right, and you will get big

    No not just starting out been doing it for a year consistent BUT have only been doing legs for four months, I dont know regular DL and I guessed the Squat but the bench should be accurate assuming the BB.com calculator is correct, I had a hunch something was wrong with my leg press thats why I posted it for critique.

    Thanks for the advice, repped but I think im going to need help with form on lower body upper body is all good but I cant say I have great form for any excercise for my legs.

    just make sure you start light cuz wrong form on either of those lifts can hurt your back

    or you can ask one of the workers or some guy who looks experienced at the gym o help you and show you how, from my xperience most ppl in the gym are very nice and helpfull

    I rep 77.5 12 times (spotter helps on the last two reps) but im cant imagine loading 107 on the bar and pushing it up lol.
