i wanna stack a good whey, bcaa, creatine, multi vitamin. ive been taking 100% whey and bcaa's with a slow digesting protien and a multi vitamin. i wanna add creatine into my program and would be open to any other sugerstion. any input would be great.

LG Sciences Anadraulic State has a great creatine complex, but there are lots of other things in it too. You could use that pre-workout and take bulk monohydrate on off days...
I've been around the block with creatines. You don't need anything fancy. Magnesium chelate is good stuff, so products like Trinitine are good, but I don't really think it's worth the cost.Last edited by IrishCannon; 12-06-2009 at 09:43 PM.
