Have good GPA 3.5 or higher with all the basic college level courses taken care of then 6 years more of your life in school.

If you need money quick go become a pharmacist technician, takes 3-6 weeks with a class or two a week, starting pay is 10-15 an hour upto 20 if you get lucky. It's becoming a mandatory thing in the close future to have training, so it's the perfect time to pick it up, since most retards are going to fail the testing and lose their jobs. It's a great job for someone just starting out, especially for a 16 year old.
