I have been bulking for a little over a month now and gained about 10lbs. My bf% has jumped from ~14% to 18% (taken this morning).
What can I do to cut down my bf% and still put mass on? I have no problem putting fat on since I am bulking but I do not want my BF% going any higher then it already is

Morning Protein shake: 52g of whey, 1.5cups of milk, banana and cup of oats
then go to class, get home and either make
chicken and whole grain pasta or fish and whole grain pasta
work out
protein shake: 52g of whey protein cup of milk and banana
shower, then eat
chicken/fish and whole grain pasta
another hour or two later I have another plate of pasta with some milk
2pb sandwiches and a glass of milk
study
get ready for bed
bedtime protein shake: 24g of casein protein and 1 cup of milk
