    C4 Sport Proprietary Blend

    Hey guys. One of my friends just bought me a can of C4 Sport (I'm assuming Walmart pickup) and I do not want to waste it so I am using it when my current pre-workout runs out-probably next week. I was wondering if anyone knows the measurements for things such as caffeine, beta alanine, and most importantly creatine? The reason I am curious is that I dose my creatine separate from my pre-workouts so I can assure 5g a day and I figure I can fill in the rest measurement wise if I know how much is in the C4 sport proprietary blend. I am not to worried about the caffeine as I have used other C4 ripped, original, and 50x in the past. Thanks in advance!

    Generally speaking, pre workouts that contain creatine, beta alanine, etc generally have a small dose compared to the full recommended dose. For something like these, I would neglect the amount in your pre workout entirely and just supplement with what you aim to hit with regular creatine (which for you is 5g). I know C4 often has creatine nitrate in it, which in my opinion its more because its an excellent source for nitrates! Nirtrates are added to give you a good pump!


    Cliffs:
    If you aren't worried about the caffeine content (C4 is pretty low), just supplement your other stuff as if you weren't taking in any already!

    The caffeine content is about 135 mg per serving.
    I unfortunately cannot get the exact numbers on the creatine or the beta alanine at this time.

    The creatine is a mono in this version. I would still add 3g daily to keep saturated.
