Hey guys, this isnt necessarily related to contest prep but I figured it would be the best place to post in hopes of recieving replies. I was curious how many of you have used a nutritionist to aid you in your contest prep. I want to drop about 20 pounds and was thinking of finding a nutritionist to help with the process.
To those that have used a nutritionist before, did you find it helpful? Any tips on how to go about finding a good nutritionist?

Yes, finding someone to guide you through your diet, is money extremely well spent.
They will help you make gains much sooner and better than trying to accumulate the info yourself and sift through it.The Iron will never Lie to you.
