    Creatine vs Whey Protein

Which will make me bigger? Which will make me stronger?

After I stop taking these, will I lose any mass?
Yes I do realize I need to maintain proper diet and exercise.

Protein is a necessary component in building muslce. You NEED it.

Creatine is just an add-on that you can do without, but it won't hurt to have it.

I've always thought/been told that Whey Protein is better for active working out and breakfast protein supplement. I heard somewhere that Creatine is good to take before you go to sleep as it's "slow" release is helpful for when you sleep. Not entirely sure on that.

creatine will make you gain 7lbs in 7 days and protein will make you gain 14 pounds over 1 month

creatine is steroids tho so despite it being faster you will lose it all and your balls will shrink after using it

protein will keep more of the muscle but it takes longer, also protein muscles are moar toned and not as big and bulky

Posts like this don't deserve a response. They just show how little effort the OP has put into his plan / research. To properly explain the answer (which is simple itself), you have to explain a lot of basics, which takes time, and which could easily have been found by the OP if he put in any effort.

Creatine will help you get a better pump in the gym and possible get some better gains in strength. Whey will help you rebuild the muscle that creatine help you tear up. But I wouldn't supplement with one or the other. It has to be both.

Use both if you have the money, if you can only pick one pick whey protein. Creatine puts water in your muscles and volumize's them. It wouldn't hurt to take both just know buying both consistently will coast ya. If you need both and looking to put on mass my recommendation is cytogainer.

protein will keep more of the muscle but it takes longer, also protein muscles are moar toned and not as big and bulky

Creatine will volumize your muscles with water and give you more energy to lift heavier weights, but it won't help repair the damage. Protein is necessary for recovery, but then again it can be easily ingested in food; Creatine's more difficult to get naturally in sizable amounts, unless you want to start eating your meat raw

I would put Whey protein as a priority and then Creatine as your second priority, if you can only afford one for now but can afford more sups in the future.
