Anyone ever make these?
I just peeled and cut up two sweet potatoes (rather large ones) into slices, threw them into a bag and added a small mixture of extra virgin olive oil, chili powder and garlic powder and coated them.
Put them on a foil lined baking sheet and baked for 45 mins at 400F. Didnt come out as crispy as I would have liked but they were pretty damn good, especially with a little salt.
This is a pointless thread, but, I guess the bottom line is can adding a little extra virgin olive oil make these that unhealthy? And if not, when is the best time to eat these..pre-workout or post-workout? Or any time of the day?
Next time I'll take a picture and post it in the meals thread...cause they were so damn delicious.
