Need an allen wrench for my olympic bar!

Since I've been doing cleans, my olympic bar is coming loose and need to tighten it up. Needs an allen wrench, not sure if its standard or metric. If its standard I think its 7/16 but the biggest size I can find is 3/8.

I've almost considered going to the local gym and bring my bar with me and have them do it... but that's a little embarrassing.

Take the bolt out and take it to your local NAPA Auto Parts store. Buy an Allen wrench that will fit the bolt.
    No brain, no gain.

    You can't out-train bad nutrition.

Quit being logical. It is much easier to post on this forum with no pics or good info and hope for the best.

I had to borrow one from my neighbor, I couldnt even turn it so I had to use a cheater pipe on one end, LOL.

But sorry I dont know the size, I just tried until I found one that fit the best.

Hope you can get it tightened soon...
