    I suggest you create a massive deficit. Take in only your required protein needs and then cut all the other calories while training to preserve as much muscle mass as possible.

    Even if there is a quick fix most people won't be able to sustain those types of extreme diets or deficits.

    I have adjusted my caloric intake and diet and started a workout routine. I was thinking of taking forslean and lipo 6x is that a good idea or not....

    i had to take 3 months off lifting due to injury. i am familiar with some products. i have taken lipo before with decent results. prior to injury i was taking androtest which i will probably start back up on stacked with forslean but was hoping to kick start the fat burn with lipo

    there was a time when i was playing ball before total reconstructive shoulder surgery when i was about 185 and cut. 22 months of rehab and an extra 100 pounds is tough to shred through. back down to 225 and trying to get a little closer
