Ok well the original picture was about 2 or 3 weeks ago so i'm posting these which were just taken after i did a jog and chest lifting session, i don't know if that's cheating or not but i remembered to take pics after and tried to take them from different angles.

Ok so i did a caliper test, although since my partner who was doing the measurements has down syndrome i have to resort to the 3 site test, Chest Abdominals and thigh correct?
Chest: 10mm
Abdominal: 19mm
Thighs: 12mm
body fat % = 11.31

Agreed. Rule of thumb (that works for me since I have seen my body fluctuate in weight ranges)...if you can see the top two abs (or at least one of the top two abs), your at about 12-13. When you get to a four pack your rounding ten. 8 percent for the whole 6 pack does it for me. But...keep in mind everyones body burns bodyfat in different places at different times of a cut.

thanks for the replies i wish the DEXA machine was still in use at the doctors office i work at so i can have a more accurate test done instead of the calipers, but with that said god damn it takes so long i think this is my like 3rd month of eating healthy and all, only 2nd week of implementing running but still such a long process i was getting frustrated since i dont know if im doing it properly

ALright not exactly sure whats going on with my diet, i weighed 145 like 2 weeks ago, now im 146-7 lbs lol wtf im on a deficit
Hopefully its just muscle and not fat?? anyway heres some progress pictures let me know if im getting fatter or what its taking forever to get to 10% im getting real frustrated and if my diets going to **** then i might just do the warrior diet

Dude, you're bf is low, i'd say 11. You can be low bf and still not have completely visible abs, it varies with your body type, some guys have visible abs at 14, while someone has to cut down to 7-8, but overall, i'd say you are around 11, looks like you're holding a lot of water btw(just a thought)

I'd have to guess around 12-13% but really does it matter? It's just a number bro. Regardless of whether the consensus is that you're 10% or 15% it still won't change how you look. Diet looks good bro keep it up. Think of it this way, if you're at 13%, imagine how much better you'll look once you get to 10%?
