Turning 19 in a month...was considering trying out this supplement, anyone have any prior experience with it? good? bad?

Ehh, as much as i like animal/universal products i didn't notice anything different when i used the m-stak(this is when i was strength training and 292lbs @ 20%BF). I would wait for other peoples word on this because i was one of a few to see results from this.

Didnt get anything either!
I used 2 cans back to back and didnt see any results at all. Some people claim that M-Stack is great, just didnt work for me! I did like Animal Stak, went up in strength and lost about 5 lbs of body fat.

I'm 12 days into it and I've definitely seen an increase in strength, although my weight has remained relatively unchanged.

I'd say just save your money for important supplements with proven track records (whey, creatine, vitamins...) but if you really want something like M-Stak E-bol is a similar product which has received a lot more positive feedback so far.
