Hey there. Im 6 feet 2 inches 225lbs w/ 15% bf. I have been seriously training for about 3 years now and have came a long way from where i started, which was 142lbs and super weak!! Im currently 25 years old and can NOT get any bigger. I eat all the right foods such as chicken, steak, eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, bananas, greens and pastas, along with 2 pro complex gainer shakes per day along w/ flax seed oil pills and a multi-v. I eat between 5-8 real food meals per day and train mon, tues, thurs and fri. I would llike to bulk up to around 240-250lbs. I also am aware that it takes committment, dedication, time and drive, which are all my strong points. I switch up the workouts all the time, whether its changing the order and reps and still cannot figure my body out. I am starting to get VERY mentally frustrated, however will never give up my goal to gain as much muscle as possible NATURALLY! Can anyone please help me out?!?!

Monday-Chest/abs
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-REST
Thursday-Legs/shoulders/abs
Friday-Arms
Sat and Sunday-REST
