In theory, can you get visible abs in 4 months? I know it depends from where you are starting. Personally, my stomach is reasonably flat, but I'm at 15-16% BF so they're not visible

its a really good site.The workouts are great aswell if abs are what you want..its not just your usual ab workouts like boring crunches.There are loads are different exercises which really are great for abs.the workout is circuit training just so you know.
