I've been eating 3 egg whites and one whole egg every morning for the past 3 weeks. Is this ok or is it bad for me?

It is absolutely fine. I personally eat that at a minimum. My norm is 3 egg whites and 3 whole eggs, but I'm in the transition period from cut to bulk. As I get more into it, I'll probably add a couple more eggs into this.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)
