    Egg Whites everyday? Good or Bad?

    I've been eating 3 egg whites and one whole egg every morning for the past 3 weeks. Is this ok or is it bad for me?

    It's not bad for you.

    While we're on the topic if eggs, four whole eggs a day aren't bad for you either. In fact, I'd say that unless you are on a steep deficit it's better for you.

    It is absolutely fine. I personally eat that at a minimum. My norm is 3 egg whites and 3 whole eggs, but I'm in the transition period from cut to bulk. As I get more into it, I'll probably add a couple more eggs into this.
    Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
    Mid term Goal: To find myself.
    Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

    67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)

    Might aswell just have 4 whole eggs. Good cholesterol, protein and minerals and vitamins are found in the yolk.

    I definitely wouldn't say its bad. If you're cutting, then its a great way to get protein in limited calories. I have about 20-30 eggs per week.
