    I am dealing with a major ACL tear too, and had the clicking going on. I am still doing therapy and only 3 1/2 months from surgery. My PT said as long as I'm not having pain don't worry about it. We just backed off some exercises like squats and have been doing more leg curls and hamstring work. The clicking has gone away for me. At least for now, hopefully I will be able to squat and run soon. I feel your pain. Good Luck.

    I now have to go for a MCL surgery since my MCL is so loose. is it worth it? they said i will be put into a brace for another 6 weeks bent at a slight angle. they also told me not to do deep squats because it. my surgery will be april area around there. and then braces for 6 weeks is it worth it.. what is your opinion.. i dont want to be out for the whole summer. this is the only way my knee will be similar to it once was. the doctor said reason my getting grinding/clicking in my knee is because of the knee cap because of my leg muscles being to weak. looking forward to feedback

    doctor said my MCL healed loose. therefore I am going into surgery tomorrow to tighten up my mcl. keep you posted with pictures after surgery is done.

    2 week checkup at the doctors
    - stitches removed from incision
    doctor said i had weak tissue.. meaning he said i shouldn't be pushing myself to hard now. must wait until tissues become stronger or anything. could someone else help elaborate on what the doctor meant on by saying that i have weak tissues.

    he said some people have weak tissue some people have strong tissue i was one that has weak tissue what does this mean..?
