Hello there, I've been taking my BCAA's before and after my workout , now that I just got some glutamine powder, when should I take the bcaas and glutamine ?

Sure, if that's what is most convenient for you. If you eat breakfast immediately after waking up, then you might not necessarily need the BCAA's then. But if you do cardio or something like that before breakfast, then yeah take the BCAA's as soon as you wake up.
If you do eat breakfast right away though, I'd probably take the BCAA's preworkout.
