Exclamation Sharp pain in the side of the forearm. need some advice.

    Hi everyone,

This is a post for my brother who has just like me started weight lifting and has started getting a sharp pain on his left arm. The exact part is on the left side of his left forearm. Its a type of sharp pain when lifting weights which turns into an even sharper pain which lasts for a few seconds after the weights have been put down.

He has rested it for a few days but the pain is still there. Anyone got any advice on this?

    Thanks.

    Sounds like forearm splits.

Lay off the heavy weights, condition the forearms.

Do something like rice bucket... (youtube it)
